Jack became an active member of the California litigation community following his graduation from Western State College of Law in 1982.

Within six months of passing the California Bar Examination Jack successfully tried his first Superior Court jury trial on behalf of a trucking company and its driver. As a young lawyer Jack was featured on television's "Court TV" while engaged in trial defending an Orange County police sergeant accused of harassment and unfair employment practices. The jury awarded his client a defense verdict. Continued successful trial results throughout his career has earned Jack membership in the American Board of Trial Advocacy ("ABOTA").

Participating within the judicial system, Jack has acted as a Judge Pro Tem in the Orange County Superior Court and both an Arbitrator and Mediator for the Los Angeles Superior Court. He has been engaged as a law school instructor teaching legal writing to first year law students. He has lectured for professional organizations on subjects ranging from traumatic brain injuries to construction law.

Jack has earned a "Preeminent Attorney" rating by Martindale Hubble through his peers within the legal community. He has received unsurpassed evaluations in both his legal skills and ethical advocacy. He devotes a portion of his practice providing pro bono legal services to deserving but poor people in need of legal services.

A former collegiate football player and golfer, Jack continues to enjoy a robust and active life outside of the office. As a mountaineer, he has summited numerous peaks including Mt. Rainer and Mt.
